QuickSeta provides a cloud-hosted software application enabling businesses, tuition centers, educational institutes, fitness clubs, and service agencies to:

• Connect their authorized WhatsApp device via QR code scanning for automated communications.
• Schedule automated, multi-tier fee reminders and payment notices.
• Deploy 24/7 AI Receptionists to answer customer inquiries.
• Reconcile UPI payment screenshots automatically using AI Vision OCR.
• Track daily/monthly attendance and send instant absent notices to parents.
• Generate digital receipts and smart PDF invoices.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify QuickSeta of any unauthorized use or security breach.

QuickSeta is built strictly for legitimate business-to-customer reminders and operational notifications. You agree NOT to:

• Send unsolicited promotional broadcasts (spam) to unknown individuals who have not consented to receive messages from your business.
• Use the platform for fraudulent, abusive, harassing, or illegal purposes.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the QuickSeta software engine.

* Note: QuickSeta provides human-like anti-ban delay safety algorithms; however, you must ensure compliance with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and local telecom regulations.

QuickSeta is offered under tiered SaaS subscription plans (Starter Plan at ₹499/mo, Pro Plan at ₹999/mo, Enterprise Plan at ₹2,499/mo, and Business Plan at ₹4,999/mo) with optional quarterly and annual discounts.

• All payments are securely processed through Razorpay or direct UPI rails.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes as required by law.
• Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle from your Dashboard.

QuickSeta is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. While we strive for 99.9% platform uptime and reliable message dispatch, we are not liable for network downtime, WhatsApp platform-side policy changes, or ISP disruptions beyond our direct control. In no event shall QuickSeta's total liability exceed the subscription fee paid by you in the preceding one (1) month.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India.
