1.1 Account & Profile Information: When you register on QuickSeta, we collect your full name, business/institute name, business category, email address, phone number, and password credentials.

1.2 Payment & Billing Data: To process subscriptions and facilitate peer-to-peer UPI collections, we collect your Kotak UPI ID / Virtual Payment Address (VPA), billing details, and transaction reference numbers. Payment transactions are processed through certified PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Razorpay / UPI networks). We do not store credit/debit card numbers or CVVs on our servers.

1.3 Customer & Student Directory Data: Data uploaded by you (e.g. student/client names, phone numbers, due dates, fee amounts) is stored securely solely for the purpose of dispatching scheduled reminders, generating PDF invoices, and tracking attendance.

1.4 WhatsApp Session Metadata: Device pairing status, message timestamps, and delivery logs required to ensure anti-ban compliance and reliable messaging delivery.

• To provide, operate, and maintain your QuickSeta automation dashboard.
• To dispatch automated fee reminders, digital receipts, and attendance alerts via your connected WhatsApp device.
• To power your 24/7 AI WhatsApp Receptionist based strictly on the knowledge base you configure.
• To verify payment transaction screenshots using AI Vision OCR for fast reconciliation.
• To send service notifications, invoices, security alerts, and customer support communications.
• To prevent fraudulent activities, spamming, and platform abuse.

We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures including:

• 256-bit SSL / TLS Encryption for all data in transit.
• Zero Third-Party Selling: We NEVER sell, rent, or trade your personal or customer data to advertisers or third-party marketing agencies.
• Strict Access Controls: Only authorized personnel with authenticated access can perform technical debugging upon your request.

You have the full right to access, update, export, or delete your directory records at any time directly through your QuickSeta dashboard. If you choose to close your account, your data will be permanently wiped from our active databases upon written request.
